Curator’s note

Mia Malkova leads a beginners' class, spots the stiffest man in the room, and promises personal attention. He confesses that a wedding is coming, which she calls commitment worth rewarding, and books him for sessions just for two. Episode 2 shows him slipping away from the studio, with Mia noticing, and reminding him that three weeks of nerves will not make a good honeymoon. She sends him for a massage, and then, somehow, turns up in the massage room. On this wall Mia Malkova hangs as her licensed AI twin: the genuine Mia never stepped on set, and every stretch is synthetic.

Inside the frame

A studio full of mats, mirrors and a teacher with a rule about private attention. The free episodes stay within yoga language, with every instruction carrying a second meaning and a calm voice doing the persuading.

Best seen: A calm evening, a patient teacher and a suspicious number of excuses to loosen up.

Plate IEpisode 1

Plate I. A fitness studio hosts a class led by an AI twin of Mia Malkova, licensed for this artwork; the real one never trained anyone here. A groom to be, stiff in the shoulders, is singled out for private sessions. His instructor praises his natural build and promises stamina, then hints that he might loosen up before the wedding.

Plate IIEpisode 2

Plate II. The groom lingers in the corridor and is caught, which the instructor greets with composure. Her advice is practical: he is carrying far too much tension into his marriage, so he should book a massage. He follows the directions to the second door on the right, and finds her waiting there with warm hands.
