Harriet starts her first day sure she is the least glamorous person in a very glamorous London office. The boss disagrees, loudly enough that his blonde PA hears every syllable. Episode 1 is all introductions, a rescheduled client dinner and an invitation that nobody answers. Episode 2 relocates the plot to a supply cupboard, where a routine induction tour runs suspiciously long while the PA lurks outside the door, doing math with her fingernails. Two episodes cost nothing to watch, while the last three take tokens, still cheaper than the PA's revenge budget.

When a new hire named Harriet starts, the boss notices her at once, to the assistant's visible dismay. An awkward compliment later, he cancels the paperwork schedule and offers to give the newcomer a personal tour.

From the corridor, the assistant and a colleague trade nervous theories about what the boss and the newcomer are doing behind a supply room door. Inside, a branded T-shirt is offered, and the new hire fumbles through a question about colors, cameras and an accidental swear word. The boss finds the blunder charming and says so.
