Riley Reid's licensed AI twin (the real Riley did not film this) plays Riley, a resident adviser who runs her floor like a small republic. Her stepbrother turns up for the weekend, the only man in a corridor of women, and she could not be more pleased. Episode 1 offers a floor tour of the neighbors: Mona, an activist who collects causes and people in one afternoon, and Mila, quiet, shy and quietly dangerous. Then Riley whisks him into her own room, where her rules take effect. Episode 2 turns the hallway into a tribunal: a formal complaint, a curfew for his stay, and a favor that changes the verdict.

Her stepbrother has arrived as the only man on the floor, a fact nobody mentioned. She introduces the neighbors one by one, from the campaign-minded activist to the quiet one with a reputation, then claims him for a private orientation.

The hall monitor wants him gone by nightfall; his stepsister reminds her that college is for trying things.
