I Drove My Girlfriend's Stepsister To College

Curator’s note

Hannah wants her boyfriend to ferry Kenzie, her stepsister, back to campus, assuming six hours in a car can do no harm. Kenzie has other plans and appoints herself the boss of the passenger seat. In episode 1 the radio plays, Hannah phones to check on him, a storm closes the highway and the only free room at the inn has one bed. Episode 2 turns the motel into a small standoff, with a borrowed shirt, a phone call from the girlfriend and a stepsister who has wanted this since the day he first walked in. Keep watching the asphalt, if you can.

Inside the frame

Six hours of highway, a storm, a motel and a girlfriend on speaker. Kenzie sets the pace, and the free episodes stick to dares, banter and one very borrowed shirt.

Best seen: Reserved for road-trip people who enjoy a bickering duet, bad weather and a decision that gets made at the front desk.
