Curator’s note

Dasha enjoys expensive evenings, and Niko's business has just collapsed at the dinner table. His card declines, his best friend quietly picks up the check, and Dasha notices who stayed calm. Episode 1 is a negotiation disguised as small talk: she hints that she has a price, he answers that earning is part of the fun. Episode 2 deepens the game. He refuses to run after her, which turns out to be the one thing she cannot resist, and then a late night, a tired host and an offer of the guest wing arrange themselves. The curator notes that the tab is only the first thing being settled. Loyalty gets a long, slow close-up.

Inside the frame
