Curator’s note

Eli is a doctor trapped in a game where players race to a gate and hunters are assigned to stop them. Delilah, his hunter, has him at gunpoint, bleeding and out of time. He offers to dress his own wound in exchange for a few seconds of her patience, and she grants it. Then he turns away from the exit to protect her. Episode 1 is that tense exchange, ended by an order nobody wants to obey. Episode 2 goes back to the gate, where he reappears for her, and the voice overhead starts a countdown that forces both of them to decide. The curator calls it a study in mercy under pressure, in lethal red light.
