Yes, Coach

Curator’s note

The newest recruit of a professional football club has a poor record of following orders. In episode 1 he ignores the called play at the end of a tight game, wins it anyway and discovers that victory is no defense against Coach Diana. She is the owner's wife, famously chilly, and she assigns him an extra workout and a late appointment in her office. Episode 2 hands him a laundry detail for the whole team uniform, a strict instruction not to follow her and then an invitation that makes a grown athlete go pale. Diana Demont runs this locker room, and the locker room knows it.

Inside the frame

A stadium after hours, a rookie caught between a trophy and a punishment, and the boss's wife in charge of both. The free episodes stay playful, with plenty of shouted drills and no more than a dare.

Best seen: Made for fans of sports-room banter, bossy women with whistles and a protagonist who deserves every extra lap.
