My Wife's Stepsister Caught Me Staring

Curator’s note

Billy, his wife's stepsister, takes the guest room while job hunting, and within one evening she catches her brother-in-law staring. Rather than tell anyone, she keeps score: nine seconds exactly. Episode 1 is a morning gone wrong. Billy is called to the phone by her mother, but not before she tells him that most men look away and he did not. Next time, she suggests, he could simply come in. Episode 2 moves the game to movie night, with the wife asleep on one shoulder and a very awake guest nearby, and ends with a whispered summons to the laundry room.

Inside the frame

A tidy suburban house, a sleeping wife on the sofa and a guest who plays the long game. The forbidden line is a glance held too long. Looks, whispers and near misses fill both free episodes.

Best seen: Recommended for those who believe the best temptations arrive politely, with a stopwatch.
