Curator’s note

Olivia Carter works as a smuggler of memory chips in a neon city where recollections are currency, and she lives by one commandment: carry, never open. Her partner Kael keeps nudging her to break it, and in episode 1 she finally takes a plunge into a stranger's most private night. There, a stranger speaks her real name aloud, one she never shared with anyone. Episode 2 raises the temperature and the stakes: a warning about the chip, a megacorp that erased someone from its records, and a file that is better opened later. Sable, her street name, is about to learn why rules exist.

Inside the frame

Rain, neon and a black market where the product is other people's evenings. The forbidden line is the courier's one rule, the power play is who knows whose secret, and the free episodes stay moody rather than explicit.

Best seen: Built for noir lovers who like their romance with a conspiracy, a flickering sign and a hero who should not have looked.
