Roxy's Wet Weekend

Curator’s note

Roxy is scrubbing cars with her friends when her stepbrother honks, stares and earns a lecture about his zero game. She promises it is the last time he gets a good look, then ends up soaked, handing him a spare T-shirt and a warning to behave indoors. Their parents are out, and the house is theirs. Episode 2 keeps the teasing going: she announces she is changing, he keeps standing in the doorway, and a deal about washing dishes turns into a nightclub date she swears is a hard pass, until it is not. He pays, of course. The weekend, as billed, is soggy.

Inside the frame

Summer heat, soapy water and a house emptied by parents. The forbidden line is the family tree, and the free episodes keep to taunts, bargains and one very convenient dress code.

Best seen: Pick it when a rivalry that is clearly flirting is exactly what the evening needs, with a splash of Golden Hour light.
